How The Down Payment Works
Our financing is in house. We are the lender, so there is no bank in the middle, no credit check, and no application fee. What matters is the down payment.
Of the purchase price. A larger down payment means better terms and a faster decision.
Holds it in your name and comes off your down payment, not on top of it.
Approval is based on your down payment, not your credit history or score.
What you put down
The minimum is 20% of the purchase price. On a $19,995 trailer that is $3,999. You can put down more, and it is usually worth doing: a larger down payment lowers the monthly figure, shortens the term and gets the decision back faster.
The $1,500 reservation deposit
If you reserve a unit through the site, the $1,500 is part of your down payment, not an extra fee. It takes the unit off the market while we confirm your numbers. On that same $19,995 trailer, the deposit covers $1,500 of the $3,999 due, leaving $2,499 to settle before delivery.
What you bring

- Proof of income
- Proof of address
That is the whole application. There is no credit report and nothing is reported to the credit bureaus, so financing with us does not move your score in either direction.
Payments and the balance
Payments are monthly. The finance charge is quoted per unit rather than set at one flat rate, and the term length is set per unit as well — both are confirmed in writing on your quote before you sign anything. Payments more than the agreed number of days late carry a 2% late charge. Title transfers at delivery, or after the down payment, and we confirm which applies to your purchase in writing.
What happens after you reserve
We reply within one business day on the number you give us. In that reply we confirm the out-the-door figure, the exact down payment, the monthly payment and the term, and we book delivery or collection. Nothing is final until you have those numbers in writing.
